Independent resale and brand affiliation

When offering vintage, second-hand or other secondary-market items, Three Over Six acts as an independent reseller. Unless an applicable official relationship is expressly stated, we are not an authorised dealer, agent or partner of the original brand, designer or manufacturer in relation to those items. Our resale activity is not sponsored or endorsed by them.

Brand names, trade marks, logos and product names are used to identify and describe the goods. Rights in those names and marks remain with their respective owners.

An assessment by Three Over Six or an independent authentication provider does not imply that the original brand has authenticated, inspected or approved the item. Any original-brand certification will be expressly identified where applicable.

This notice does not alter any expressly stated authorised-retailer relationship applicable to other products. Three Over Six remains responsible for its product descriptions, authenticity representations and obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

Vintage and second-hand items

Vintage and second-hand pieces vary in condition according to their age, materials, previous use and care. They may show patina, surface marks, fading, creasing or wear to finishes, hardware and linings. Any known repairs, restoration or alterations will be described in the item’s condition information.

Please review the product description, condition notes, measurements, photographs and stated inclusions before purchasing. Contact us if you require further information about a piece’s condition or suitability.

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph items accurately. Colours may vary between screens and lighting conditions. This does not limit your right to receive an item that matches its description.

Vintage materials may require specialist care. Follow any care instructions provided and seek appropriate advice before cleaning or restoration.

Your consumer rights

Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply to vintage and second-hand goods sold by a business. Acceptable quality is assessed in context, including the item’s age, price, nature, description and any specific defects disclosed before purchase.

Disclosure of a particular defect does not remove your rights concerning a different, undisclosed problem. Nothing in this notice excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
