Our Shipping & Collection Policy has been prepared to provide clarity around order processing, dispatch, delivery, international shipments and in-store collection.
1. Processing Your Order
Once your purchase has been finalised, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. This email will act as your invoice and will include your unique order number.
Orders are generally processed within up to 2 business days before dispatch. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that during peak periods, public holidays, promotional periods or periods of high order volume, processing times may exceed 2 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
2. Shipment Processing Time
Shipment processing time refers to the time required to prepare, package and dispatch your order.
2.1 Standard Orders
Orders processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment authorisation.
2.2 Personalised, Special Request or By-Request Orders
Express delivery is not available for personalised, special request or by-request orders.
These orders may require an additional lead time of up to 14 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, before dispatch. This timeframe is in addition to the selected shipping method.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are correct at the time of purchase. Parcels returned to Three Over Six International due to an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address may be subject to a re-dispatch fee and additional postage charges.
Original freight charges are non-refundable, in line with our Returns Policy.
3. Shipment Rates & Delivery Estimates
We make every effort to process and dispatch orders promptly.
Delivery timeframes are approximate and are provided as a guide only. Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on carrier availability, delivery location, customs processing, public holidays, adverse weather, natural events, incorrect delivery details, or other circumstances outside our control.
Three Over Six is not responsible for delivery delays once an order has been dispatched.

1. Business days refer to Monday to Friday in Australia, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
3. Delivery dates may vary depending on carrier practices, destination, delivery method and the items ordered.
4. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
5. Three Over Six is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses supplied by customers.
3.1 Domestic Shipping — Australia
Three Over Six offers both standard and express domestic shipping options, subject to carrier availability.
Express domestic shipments are generally expected to arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch. Standard domestic shipments are generally expected to arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
All shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, delivery location, public holidays, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.

3.2 International Shipping
Three Over Six offers both standard and express international shipping options, subject to carrier availability. Where available, we generally use DHL or the relevant local postal service.
Express international shipments are generally expected to arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Standard international shipments are generally expected to arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
All shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees or clearance fees payable upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated.
Three Over Six is not liable for any duties, taxes or customs-related charges incurred by the customer.
Customs Documentation
Three Over Six completes all required customs documentation accurately and in accordance with the information provided at the time of shipment.
However, we are not responsible for delays, inspections, holds, duties, taxes or additional charges imposed by customs authorities or destination-country agencies.
3.3 In-Store Collection

Once local pickup has been selected at checkout, your order will usually be prepared within 48 hours.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection, along with pickup instructions.

11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday to Friday

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active or updated by the carrier.

5. P.O. Boxes & Parcel Lockers
Express delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Where possible, we recommend providing a secure residential or business address for delivery.
Our Returns, Repairs & Refunds Policy has been prepared to provide clarity around change-of-mind purchases, Australian Consumer Law rights, custom orders, client-sourced items and the process for returning eligible products.
1. Change of Mind
Three Over Six does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
Please consider your purchase carefully before finalising your order. This policy applies across all products, including items described as second-hand, pre-loved, used, vintage, archive, consignment or one-of-a-kind.
Where applicable, pre-loved and vintage items are accompanied by a condition report to assist you in making an informed decision. As these pieces may show signs of age, handling, storage or prior ownership, we encourage you to review all descriptions, imagery and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

2. Australian Consumer Law Compliance
Three Over Six complies with the Australian Consumer Law.
Products described as second-hand, pre-loved, used or vintage are non-refundable for change of mind. However, this does not exclude any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where an item purchased within Australia is found to be faulty, not as described, unsafe, or fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
3. Process for Repair, Replacement or Refund
Should you wish to seek a repair, replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law, you must notify us by email at:

4. Supporting imagery, where relevant
5. Your requested outcome: repair, replacement or refund
Upon receipt of your request, Three Over Six will respond by email within 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays, with further instructions.
If your request is assessed as being in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you may be required to return the product to us within 7 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
4. Custom Orders & Client-Sourced Items
Items specifically sourced at a client’s request, or items deemed to be custom, bespoke, special order, made-to-order or client-sourced, are not eligible for return, exchange or refund due to change of mind.
This applies whether the item is new, second-hand, pre-loved, vintage or sourced through a private sale, consignment arrangement or third-party supplier.
This policy allows Three Over Six to maintain fairness and specificity when servicing bespoke sourcing requests.
5. Returning Products Under Australian Consumer Law
If your request for repair, replacement or refund is validated under Australian Consumer Law, you will be required to return the item to us within 7 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

6. Responsibility for Returned Items
Three Over Six assumes responsibility for returned items only once they have been received by us.
To ensure the safe return of your item, we recommend using a secure, insured and traceable delivery service. Three Over Six is not responsible for items lost, delayed or damaged in transit before they are received by us.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, certificates, dust bags, boxes, documents, accessories and inclusions, where applicable.
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements, or does not comply with this policy, it may be returned to you at your expense.
