SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing Three Over Six International for your shopping needs. Our Shipping Policy is designed to provide clarity on how we handle your orders.
1. PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
On finalising your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email at the address linked to your account. This email will act as your invoice and include your unique order number.
Orders are usually processed within up to 2 business days before being dispatched. Any orders placed after 14:00 (AEST) will be processed on the following business day. Please note that during peak periods, processing times may exceed 2 business days.
After your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing the tracking information, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.
2. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Shipment processing time refers to the duration needed to prepare your order for shipping.
2.1. STANDARD
Orders processed on business days (excluding weekends and holidays) will be dispatched within 48 hours after payment authorisation.
2.2. PERSONALISED OR BY REQUEST ORDERS
Express delivery is not available for personalised or by-request orders. These orders may be subject to a lead timeframe of 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) in addition to the shipping method selected.
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your delivery address. Parcels that are returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to a re-dispatch fee and may require additional postage. Please be advised that freight charges incurred for the original dispatch are non-refundable, consistent with our Returns Policy.
3. SHIPMENT RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We make every effort to process your order promptly.
Delivery times are approximate and reflect standard business operations, excluding weekends and public holidays. When you place your order, we'll provide an estimated delivery timeframe. These estimates start from the date we dispatch your order, not when you place it, and are intended as a guide, pending order acceptance and approval. Please note that estimated arrival times are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen carrier issues, incorrect or undeliverable addresses, adverse weather conditions, natural occurrences, or any other external factors outside our control.
Please note:
(i). Business days refer to Monday to Friday in Australia, excluding weekends and holidays.
(ii). Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
(iii). Delivery dates may vary due to carrier practices, delivery location, delivery method, and the items ordered.
(iv). Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
(v). We cannot be held responsible for shipping to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

3.1 DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS - AUSTRALIA
Three Over Six International offers both express and standard local shipping options, subject to carrier availability.
Express shipments are expected to arrive within 2-7 business days, while standard shipments typically arrive within 7-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
All shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs delays. Three Over Six International is not responsible for any delays once an order has been shipped. We cannot be held accountable for deliveries made to incorrect addresses supplied by customers.
3.2 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Three Over Six International offers both express and standard international shipping options, subject to carrier availability we prefer to use DHL or your local post (if available).
Express shipments are expected to arrive within 3-7 business days, while standard shipments typically arrive within 7-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
All shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
We cannot be held accountable for deliveries made to incorrect addresses supplied by customers.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees incurred upon their order's arrival in the destination country. Three Over Six International is not liable for these charges.
Customs Documentation
We accurately complete all required customs documentation for international shipments. However, Three Over Six International assumes no liability for delays caused by customs clearance processes or for any additional fees assessed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs delays. Three Over Six International is not responsible for any delays once an order has been shipped.
3.3 IN-STORE COLLECTION
Free local pickup available at: 22-24 Cross Street, Shop No.3, Double Bay, 2028, New South Wales, Australia.
After selecting local pickup, your order will be ready within 48 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions. Pickup is available from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Tuesday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please bring your order confirmation email for pickup.
Please ensure you have your order confirmation email with you when picking up your order.
4. HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number for your convenience.
Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
5. P.O BOXES
Express delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

REFUND POLICY
1. CHANGE OF MIND
Three Over Six does not accept any returns for change of mind. Please take this into consideration when making a purchase. This policy applies across all our products, including those labelled as second-hand, pre-loved, used, or vintage. Each of these items comes with a detailed condition report for your information. Should you require additional imagery or details before making a purchase, please request this, and we will happily provide it to assist in your decision-making process.
2. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Compliance
Products labelled as second-hand, pre-loved, used or vintage are accompanied by a condition report and are non-refundable do to change of mind. Should you require additional imagery, this can be can be supplied upon request.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Three Over Six is committed to upholding your rights to a Repair, Replacement, or Refund for any items purchased within Australia that are found to be faulty, not as described, or fail to meet durability standards.
Process for Repair, Replacement, or Refund
Should you seek a Repair, Replacement or Refund you must notify us via e-mail at contact@threeoversix.com with proof of purchase and your reason to seek a Repair, Replacement or Refund.
Upon receipt Three Over Six will reply via email within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) with further instructions.
Should your request for a Repair, Replacement or Refund be in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you will be required to return the product to us within seven (7) days (excluding weekends and holidays)
3. Custom Orders and Client-Sourced Items
Please note, items specifically sourced upon a client's request or deemed as "custom" orders, whether new or pre-loved, are not eligible for return due to change of mind. This policy ensures we maintain fairness and specificity in servicing bespoke requests.
4. Returning Products Under ACL
If your request for Repair, Replacement, or Refund is validated under the Australian Consumer Law, you are required to return the item(s) to us within seven (7) days, excluding weekends and public holidays, to the following Return Address:

5. Responsibility for Returned Items
Three Over Six assumes responsibility for your returned item upon receipt. To ensure the safety and condition of your return, we recommend using a secure and traceable delivery service. Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify under our Repair, Replacement, or Refund policy. Should a product not meet the return conditions or fails to comply with our terms, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
