Thank you for choosing Three Over Six.

Our Shipping & Collection Policy has been prepared to provide clarity around order processing, dispatch, delivery, international shipments and in-store collection.

Once your purchase has been finalised, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. This email will act as your invoice and will include your unique order number.

Orders are generally processed within up to 2 business days before dispatch. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Sydney time will be processed on the following business day.

Please note that during peak periods, public holidays, promotional periods or periods of high order volume, processing times may exceed 2 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipment processing time refers to the time required to prepare, package and dispatch your order.

2.1 Standard Orders

Orders processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment authorisation.

2.2 Personalised, Special Request or By-Request Orders

Express delivery is not available for personalised, special request or by-request orders.

These orders may require an additional lead time of up to 14 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, before dispatch. This timeframe is in addition to the selected shipping method.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are correct at the time of purchase. Parcels returned to Three Over Six due to an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address may be subject to a re-dispatch fee and additional postage charges.

Original freight charges are generally non-refundable where an order is returned because of an incorrect address or for another reason not arising from a failure to meet a consumer guarantee. This does not limit any right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law.

We make every effort to process and dispatch orders promptly.

Delivery timeframes are approximate and are provided as a guide only. Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on carrier availability, delivery location, customs processing, public holidays, adverse weather, natural events, incorrect delivery details, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Where a carrier or customs delay occurs, Three Over Six will provide reasonable assistance using the information available to us. Nothing in this policy excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Please note:

1. Business days refer to Monday to Friday in Australia, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery dates may vary depending on carrier practices, destination, delivery method and the items ordered.

4. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.

5. Three Over Six is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses supplied by customers.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is not included unless expressly stated. Where insurance is available, it may be arranged at the purchaser’s request before dispatch. The purchaser is responsible for the applicable premium and any related fees. Coverage, exclusions, limits and claims procedures are determined by the insurer or carrier and will be advised where available. Nothing in this insurance arrangement limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

3.1 Domestic Shipping — Australia

Three Over Six offers both standard and express domestic shipping options, subject to carrier availability.

Express domestic shipments are generally expected to arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch. Standard domestic shipments are generally expected to arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Shipping for smaller items is calculated at checkout. Delivery for artworks, furniture and oversized pieces is quoted separately and is not included in the product price. Please request a shipping quote before ordering, or arrange delivery with us after purchase and before dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, delivery location, public holidays, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.

Three Over Six cannot control carrier delays after dispatch. We will provide reasonable assistance with a delivery enquiry; however, additional costs arising from an incorrect address supplied by the customer may be charged to the customer. Nothing in this paragraph limits non-excludable rights.

3.2 International Shipping

Three Over Six offers both standard and express international shipping options, subject to carrier availability. Where available, we generally use DHL or the relevant local postal service.

Express international shipments are generally expected to arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Standard international shipments are generally expected to arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Shipping for smaller items is calculated at checkout. Delivery for artworks, furniture and oversized pieces is quoted separately and is not included in the product price. Please request a shipping quote before ordering, or arrange delivery with us after purchase and before dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, destination country requirements, public holidays, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

International delivery estimates may be affected by carrier or customs delays outside our control. Three Over Six will provide reasonable assistance with available tracking and shipment information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees or clearance fees payable upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated.

Three Over Six is not liable for any duties, taxes or customs-related charges incurred by the customer.

Customs Documentation

Three Over Six completes customs documentation accurately using the actual sale price and an appropriate description of the goods. We do not understate values or describe purchased goods as gifts. The purchaser is responsible for providing any information reasonably required for export, import or customs clearance.

However, we are not responsible for delays, inspections, holds, duties, taxes or additional charges imposed by customs authorities or destination-country agencies.

Our Returns, Repairs & Refunds Policy has been prepared to provide clarity around change-of-mind purchases, Australian Consumer Law rights, custom orders, client-sourced items and the process for returning eligible products.

Three Over Six does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Please consider your purchase carefully before finalising your order. This policy applies across all products, including items described as second-hand, pre-loved, used, vintage, archive, consignment or one-of-a-kind.

Where applicable, pre-loved and vintage items are accompanied by a condition report to assist you in making an informed decision. As these pieces may show signs of age, handling, storage or prior ownership, we encourage you to review all descriptions, imagery and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

Should you require additional imagery, measurements, condition details or further information before making a purchase, please contact us at:

contact@threeoversix.com

Three Over Six complies with the Australian Consumer Law.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind unless expressly agreed in writing. This applies to new, second-hand, pre-loved, used, vintage, archive, consigned and one-of-a-kind items.

This change-of-mind policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and an item has a major failure, the consumer may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a failure that is not major, Three Over Six may choose to provide a repair or another remedy within a reasonable time.

If you believe an item does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, please contact:

contact@threeoversix.com

Please include your proof of purchase, order number where available, a clear description of the issue and supporting imagery where relevant.

Three Over Six will review the request and provide return or assessment instructions. Any return should be made within the reasonable timeframe stated in those instructions, taking into account the nature of the item and the circumstances. No fixed period in this policy limits a right available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Items specifically sourced at a client’s request, or items deemed to be custom, bespoke, special order, made-to-order or client-sourced, are not eligible for return, exchange or refund due to change of mind.

This applies whether the item is new, second-hand, pre-loved, vintage or sourced through a private sale, consignment arrangement or third-party supplier.

This policy allows Three Over Six to maintain fairness and specificity when servicing bespoke sourcing requests.

If an item needs to be returned for assessment or as part of a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, Three Over Six will provide written return instructions.

Returns should be directed to:

Please do not send an item before receiving written instructions. Where the item is found not to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, Three Over Six will reimburse reasonable return costs or arrange collection where required by law.

Please follow the written return instructions provided by Three Over Six and package the item securely with all relevant inclusions. For a return that does not arise from a failure to meet a consumer guarantee, responsibility for the item remains with the sender until it is received by Three Over Six, and a secure, traceable service is recommended.

Where a return relates to a product that does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, responsibility for reasonable return costs and collection will be handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Items should include their original packaging, tags, certificates, dust bags, boxes, documents, accessories and other inclusions where reasonably available. This requirement does not remove statutory rights where packaging or an inclusion is not relevant to the reported problem.
